Any reviews on Pearson Test of English(PTE) ? Is it accepted by good colleges ? Will this test suffice for visa applications ?

I personally have seen most universities asking for the TOEFL. IELTS comes second and Cambridge comes third (at least in Europe), but PTE is not very popular quite yet. I suggest you take a look at your university's web page - they display requirements quite clearly most of the time. If not, just shoot them an email.
