IMO 600
90 = 2*3*3*5
196 = 2*2*7*7
300 = 2*2*5*5*3
LCM = M = 2*2*3*3*5*5*7*7
600 = 2*2*5*5*2*3 [this option has an extra 2 more than the LCM]
700 = 7*2*5*2*5
900 = 2*2*5*5*3*3
2100 = 2*2*5*5*3*7
4900 = 2*2*5*5*7*7
Thus, 600.
