The amount of electrical current is inversely proportional to the resistance. If a wire carries 4 units of current then the resistance is cut to 1/3 of the original what is the new amount of current. Answer is 12. How can we solve this

C=k/R

4=K/R

C=k/(1/3*R)

C=3*k/R=3*4=12
