i find B wrong .we need a subjunctive here "on the condition".so the best answer is A

How is option a & c incorrect in that case? I could not errors in a,b,&c

Its A, Its a Subjunctive case
Several senior officials spoke to the press on the condition that they not be named in the story.

a. Right (subjunctive mood) its a condition that they not be named
b. that their names will not be used----> use of "Their" and "will"
c. that their names are not used----> same mistake no need of are and their, command subjunctive
d. of not being named----> Being is wrong
e. they will not be named----> use of "will" is wrong
