What's the source of this question?
It's very un-GMAT-like.

First, students aren't required to know what an A.P. is.
Second, {19, 19/5, 87/5,...} this is not an arithmetic progression (A.P.).
Third, what do you mean by "maximum sum"? Are you thinking of an infinite GEOMETRIC series?
