Hi

You can look for MIT Sloan, Berkeley Haas, CMU Tepper which are some top ranked schools which are also known for technology oriented programs. On the other hand you may also look at some schools which are focussed on tech management Indiana Kelly, UCLA Anderson, Maryand Smith, Texas Mccombs, TAMU.
