Here are my questions:
1. failed entrepreneur experience is it a drawback?
2. My engineer % is bad. I had my own rational reasons for that?
3. "Diversified profile gets selected". since Online advertising in nascent do i have an edge? is it true?
4. Is it necessary to work for an NGO? whats the value in terms of admissions to B school.
5. I cannot get recommendations from my first company, but can provide very strong and big guys recommendations from my current company. will it be enough?

Please suggest.

Thanks
Bobby
