Dear NJ,

For tips on identifying schools that might be a match for you, I encourage you to read our sticky on school selection. It is an important step to apply to schools that are a good match for you--your career goals, your expectations and your personality. With your substantial experience, I also think you should consider executive MBA programs where your peers will have at least 8-10 years experience, as you might find that peer group more in line with your expectations of your MBA experience.
