Dear collegegmat,

Based on the information in your post, you are on your way to building a competitive profile for the HBS 2+2 program. You have a competitive GPA and a couple of international internships. Your GMAT score will be telling as it is an important measure. Other than that, you need to build your leadership skills and have solid examples to note in your application. You noted a few leadership roles in your post, so continue to build on that aspect of your profile--elected position, leading teams, leading larger projects/teams, etc. Finally, you will want to have some solid plans for the upcoming summer--an internship in the industry and/or functional area where you plan to work after graduation would be ideal. Of course, a competitive profile is only part of the application; you will need to submit a great set of essays and recommendations, as well as have a strong interview, for your best shot at admission.

Good luck,
Lisa
