I've GMAT score of 650 (V35 74%, Q45 75%) when I gave it a second shot
GMAT score of 660 (V32, Q48) the first time.

I have two degrees
MS in Mech n Aero Engg 3.4 GPA
BE in Mech 76%

I have done some extracurricular activities in the last 4 years and quite more while in graduate school until 2004. I'm 28 now.

I've been with only one company and a small one (<50 employees) and have taken variety of roles - analyst, researcher, mentor and recently technical lead. And a little bit of marketing and recruiting. The area of work is air traffic research and some government consulting.

And my nationality is India.

I'm aspiring to be a consultant and could relate bulk of my work to that role. I'm aiming for a program that can prepare me to be a strategy consultant and open doors in that industry.

Given all these, I've decided to apply to:
a) Nanyang
b) NUS
both in Singapore for cost and close to home.

My question: are there other schools in Europe and Asia that are strong for consulting, for which I have reasonable chances provided the low GMAT score? I'm not looking for US schools.
