Congrats on some wonderful achievements. You have outstanding scores and solid experience. You should be well positioned for the very top programs.

The reality of the competitiveness of the top 5 MBA programs is that even someone as qualified as yourself won't get in everywhere. I am confident that if you do great applications to each of those 4 schools, you'll get into at least one of them.

Your application won't have any of the basic red flags that many other applicants focus on--like GMAT scores, grades, work experience. Whether you get in will be based more on how you are positioned against other candidates. Don't let up now--focus on writing unique essays that showcase your passion to change the world and your explicit need of an MBA program to get there. Make sure that you take the time to show each MBA program that you are focused on them specifically. I've found some people with high scores don't get into as many places as they thought they would have. I ascertain it is because the MBA programs are not seeing enough devotion to the program, as demonstrated through campus visits, name drops in the essays, first hand research. The programs realize you're top-tier and decide to ding you rather then accept you and have it count against their matriculation percentage when you decide to go elsewhere. Do your homework and avoid copying and pasting essays and you should be fine.

You probably don't need a full comprehensive consultancy package, but I'd still be happy to provide a free strategic consultation and review an essay. Let me know if I can be helpful.

Best,

Jay
