Hi RamanT,

Given the basic information you've shared, I think you should target top programs. I would encourage you to do some research and find out which ones fit with your career goals (you didn't share them in your profile) as well as your personal interests/requirements - location, class size, etc. At the end of the day you should look to target 4-6 programs with a mix of options from target, reach to "safer" choices.
