Your GMAT is solid, and you seem to have an interesting cross-section of experiences.

Let me ask to be safe: did any program that rejected you offer any feedback? That would provide the most insight into the strength of your candidacy. If you were admitted to IIM, I would think you had a strong profile!

One thing that is a potential red flag: the arc of your career. I certainly don't know all the details, but I see you were a software developer, then a brand manager for 8 months, then an assistant marketing manager for 7 months, and now the co-founder of a technology start-up. How long have you been doing the start-up? That is a wide range of functions, but if you can tie them together in a compelling story, that isn't necessarily a dealbreaker. But, do you have good explanations for why you were at positions for 8 and then 7 months? That would be a natural question for adcoms.

Finally, what did you list as your post-MBA goals in your applications? Do your goals make sense, given your past and current jobs? Schools like to see cohesion among your past, present, and future. Given your work experience over a range of functions and industries, I'm wondering if adcoms could clearly see an industry and functional focus in your applications.
