Dear keerth_r,

Like any other international applicant to a US school, the key to gaining an offer of admission lies in how well you present your background, experiences, and rationale for an MBA in your applications. You are competing for a limited number of seats against a very large number of folks, many of whom might look similar to you on paper, so you have to find a way to set yourself apart from them. As for ISB, you are not an international applicant, but you are still competing against many applicants who might appear quite similar to you on paper. Thus the key is still how to distinguish yourself--how do you make the admissions committee remember you and choose you over the others? Your profile is competitive, so now it is a matter of you using your essays, resume, recommendations and (hopefully) interviews to your advantage to make your case for a seat in the class.

Good luck,
Lisa
