From the information provided I'd consider you qualified for the working professional program; the regular full-time program would be a reasonable reach. I say that because obviously your GMAT and GPA are quite low for the regular program, but your w/e looks strong, and your certifications do mitigate the low stats to an extent. So it would be an idiosyncratic candidacy. You'd want to present a stellar application that gives them a compelling reason to admit you over other more conventionally qualified applicants. Since you do have the fundamental knowledge and skill-set, if not the usual qualifications, a strategic application is the key.

Thank you for your advice. Would it be better to apply for the 2 year program or the 1 year? I would prefer the 1 year, however my scores seem far below what is required for admissions. Thanks again.

Have you spoken to the admissions director regarding your GMAT score? Remember - 1 or 2 year programs have different curriculum so look at the courses and compare. See what are the subjects that you are interested in and how will those help you in the future. If you have over 7-8 yrs of industry experience than 1-yr program would suffice. However, if you have only 3-5 yrs of experience than it is recommended that you go for 2 yr program. Hope this helps!
