Hi, and first of all my apologies for getting back to you so late. Hopefully this feedback will be of some assistance.
For many of the schools you're targeting, a 690 GMAT is just fine. Simon, Marshall, Mendoza and several others have a lower average GMAT, so you're in good shape there. It looks like you had quite a bit of community leadership in university, although I'm not seeing anything currently, and I see some potential for international collaboration at work. So to become more competitive, here are a few things to work on:
1. Seniority: You're a bit young at 24, so you can afford to apply in a year from now. This gives you time to crank up current community service, build some kind of international exposure, and firm up some leadership roles at work.
2. Goals: What specifically do you see yourself doing, at what companies, in your first role after the MBA? And why do you need a US MBA for that role? Be sure you've done your homework on this -- lots of people want a US MBA, but not everybody needs one. Make sure your goals support that need.
3. School visits: this may not be feasible for you, but if you can give yourself time for a trip to the US to visit the schools on your list, ideally in spring or fall when classes are in session, you will have a huge advantage over the competition, and will be able to write stronger essays from this experience as well.

Booth: with your present GMAT score, Booth is probably out of reach. It's up to you to decide whether that's worth investing time in another great leap in your GMAT, or if you think you've probably gotten the best score you can.

Hope this helps -- good luck!
