I recently appeared for GMAT and scored 640 (Q49 V28 IR8 AWA 5.5)
My profile -
* Engg grad (Hons) with 6 year exp (3+ years international) 3.74 GPA
* currently working in a fortune 50 insurance company as a full time employee (location USA)
* Indian national but US permanent residency in process.
* Hold Six sigma green belt and project management graduate certificate from University of California berkeley
* job responsibilities include project management (60%) and technical lead (40%)
* Have supervised 3 direct report and 20 indirect reports in the past.
* have published 2 papers in international journal (on six sigma)
* Already earning $90k + PA
* Member of Project management institute and IEEE.
* Multiple certificates in dance and drama. Member of company CSR wing.
* Might get sponsorship from employer.

Recommendation 1 - A professor from University of California Berkeley
Recommendation 2 - Director/AVP of an international MNC. (Ex supervisor)
