Hi Partheban,
Top business schools are looking for a very broad spectrum of qualities and experiences, so your application will rest on more than is visible here. Your GMAT, of course, will be crucial in identifying your strengths as an applicant, but for you as an India-based engineer, we will also need to see more differentiation in terms of leadership, internationalism and impact.

I recommend that you have a look at one of the overviews that are available online, such as Stacy Blackman's Free Branding Guide, to identify all of the components top MBA programs are looking for, and analyze your own strengths and weaknesses in relation to your peer group. Once you have identified those, you might find that your profile needs work before you apply; depending on your age, taking an extra year before you apply, and using that time to build up any weak areas, such as leadership in the workplace, international exposure or community service, might be a good investment to make yourself a stronger candidate for top business programs.

Good luck!
