Can someone please evaluate my profile in regards to my chances for ISB Hyderabad class of 2016.

Education:

Xth -73%
XIIth - 72%
B.E. - 73%

Extra Curricular: Participated in Regional Cricket and Volleyball competitions representing our school.

Professional Experience:

Total Experience: Over 9 Years by the March '16.

Worked in:
1. L&T Infotech Ltd., Mumbai (2.5 Years)
-> Awarded with Star Performer Award for Leadership
2. TCS Ltd., Mumbai (3.3 Years)
-> Awarded with On The Spot award for quick issue resolution.
3. Nucleus Software Pte Ltd., Singapore (6 Months)
4. HCL Singapore Pte Ltd., Singapore (By March '16 it will be approx 2 years as I have no plan of changing job again till I get into business school )

I know my profile is pretty ordinary and I need to work really hard on my GMAT and essays. I need help in following:

1. What GMAT score should I aim for for putting up a strong case in front of adcom.
2. Considering my recent Mock Results (620 - Economist GMAT Tutor and 640 - PlatinumGMAT Mock) without any prior preparation, what strategy will best suit me. P.S. I am good at Quant and OK in Verbal.
3. What other institutes would you suggest me to apply for? For eg. whether IIMs can be given a try considering my profile?

Will really appreciate your inputs as I am planning to attempt for GMAT in January '15.
