Hi ,
Thanks for taking the time to evaluate. I have heard you in a couple of seminars, and I find your analysis very insightful. I will be grateful, if you could evaluate my profile:

Nationality: Indian,Age : 30

GMAT: 700 (5th attempt)
Undergrad percentage: 78% (top 10% of my class; Scholarship for the entire 4 years )
Grad : 3.8 (MS in computer engineering)
Work Ex:
Intel Corporation(2008-present); worked on the latest products churned out by Intel's Atom Division. Worked across multiple teams around the world.
Siemens wireless Division: 6 months.
Extra-curricular:
Treasurer of a nonprofit for the last 5 years.
President of Toastmasters.(2013-present)
Helping a nonprofit to improve their organization culture through an Intel program.(2013-present)
Regular contributor to my school's Career magazine.

Do you think my profile is competitive for top 10 Schools(Booth, kellog,Columbia,MIT etc)? Which would you recommend ?
I want to go into strategic consultancy with companies such as Bain.
Thank You!

You have a good core profile and should be able to crack the top 10 (perhaps not H/S/W but good schools). I think your leadership will stand out and the fact you worked with international teams on a high profile project(s) for a firm as well known as INtel should be a big plus. Perhaps look at Virginia, Duke, Berkeley, Sloan--some of which you may even be able to make 1st round (although some have already passed). Let us know if we can help you pull your story together.
