Profile Evaluation Request

Hello everyone! I am looking to obtain a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, which tends to be a Master's of Program Management, not an MBA (but you havet to take the GMAT).

My undergraduate experience:
Went to Appalachian State University. Obtainted a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a cumulative GPA of 3.74 (graduated Magna Cum Laude). I also did my four year program of study in three years and graduated in July of 2007.

Work Experience:
3.5+ years in Supply Chain - filled various roles including Purchasing Agent, Sourcing Specialist, Buyer, etc. Primarily working for smaller companies.

Reccommendations:
I can get 2 reccommendations from my current employe (one is Manager of Procurement, other is VP of Global Procurement and Ops). I can get a third from a former employer/college professor.

GMAT - (UGH) - 580 - breaks down to Quant 36/42% and Verbal 34/69%.

I need to do an online cohort. I have so far applied to Kelley Direct at IU for Global Supply Chain and PSU World Campus for Supply Chain. Either one of these would be a dream come true, but I'm nervous that I might not make the cut.

Can you tell me what other programs you'd reccommend (I'd consider an MBA if I can't get into those programs) and whether PSU / IU's online options are a shot in the dark?

I'm considering Flordia State University and Arizona State as well. I figure I might apply to Eastern Carolina University as a safety net, but I really don't want to go there.

Any advice is helpful.
