International Exposure:
USA: 5 years (2006 - till date)
Switzerland: 4 months (2009)

Extracurricular:
President of Service Mgmt club (During masters program)
Worked with a NGO as a volunteer for 4 months in 2007

Dear hardikm,

You have the foundation for a competitive application to INSEAD. The ultimate decision will be based on the strength of the overall application package, so be sure to have a great set of essays and recommendations to complement your GMAT, GPA and work experience. With regard to returning to the US after going to school in the EU, that will be a challenge for you, but not an impossibility. Essentially, you will need to budget more resources for a job search and be more self-directed in your search as networking will be key.
