I am planning to apply at the Said Business School, Oxford University, in the final round. Please evaluate my profile
1) Unfortunately I belong to the over represented category - Indian/IT/Male
2) I have been working as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant at a leading US Bank. and not core technology related work.
3) Exp close to 6 years. Most of it in US
4) GMAT 710
5) Under grad : Computer Science Engg
6) Actively participating in volunteer work since college days thru workplace
7) Author of a blog on economics
8) Founded a website to provide career guidance to college students and young professionals.

What should I highlight most in my applications and essays, such that my IT related background does not overcast the rest of my profile.
Also, at this moment I am not having any other fallback option since most of the schools are past their admissions round for the next academic year. I am willing to apply to other colleges if this one does not work out, but I would like to give my best shot at it.
