You have a good profile with solid work experience. You haven't mentioned about your achievements and extracurricular activities. A mere mention of your designations will not be enough while writing your business school application. You have to mention what you have achieved in that role and tell how successful you were in that role in helping driving your team/organization. Your GPA is definitely a concern. But you can compensate it with an excellent GMAT score and brilliant application. If you tell us more about your profile like your achievements and extracurricular activities it will help us better evaluate your candidature. Good luck.
