Profile Evaluation needed

Please let me know which schools fit my profile.
My current GMAT score is 670 - 49Q, 33V, 4.0 IR and 5 Essay
My last GMAT Score was 660 - 49Q, 31V, 6.0 IR and 4.5 Essay

Also I'm thinking of re-taking GMAT in future.

Also if someone can suggest me the ways to improve my profile, it would be of great help.
