Thanks for your post. You certainly have a great GMAT score, and it's great to see that you found a personal interest in investing that you are able to pursue outside of work.

Your biggest challenge in the application process will likely be distinguishing yourself from other applicants. While it's great that you've developed your personal interest in investing into a website and are mentoring others, it would help for you to show some sort of balance in your life. What other things do you do in your spare time? Are you a member of any clubs or organizations? Do you play any sports? Have you taken on a leadership role outside of the office in a personal activity? Using personal (non work related) examples is a great way to demonstrate leadership and team skills and also to stand out in the applicant pool. Adcom members are far more likely to recall a personal example in an essay than a work related one (at least that was the case for me when I sat on an adcom). If you don't have personal hobbies or activities, now is the time to get involved in something and build up that part of your profile.

I agree, I don't see how you can demonstrate leadership with your role as a trader, even in online forums. I suggest you find outside activities that are linked to your other personal interests. Do you have a hobby or sport you enjoy? You seem to like sharing stock tips with others, perhaps a mentoring role at a school where you can teach/tutor kids with math or in economics? Look for something you would enjoy or else it will look out of place in your application and you won't enjoy doing it.
