Applying in R1 may give you a bit of an advantage over waiting until a later round. If you only add 20 - 30 points to your score, a later application may not be considered any more competitive. I think your undergradate major and your work experience shows that you have strengths in both quantitative and verbal areas. Try to highlight this fact in your essays as much as possible.
The schools you listed are all in the Top 20 and have strong career services offices so you should not have to worry about post-MBA job placement. That said, you might want to broaden your list to include some less competitive safety schools in addition to your top choices.
