Hi, varunkbvp,

Thanks for your post. Your academics are in the range for top US programs, however, there are a few areas for you to consider. When you apply, you will have two years of work experience which is less than average for these MBA programs. You will need to demonstrate leadership and maturity. You will also need to be clear why you are pursuing an MBA just two years after obtaining your Masters in Technology. Think about how your career goals for technology management or HR flow from your current Masters and work experience. You will need to tell a compelling story about why you want to pursue this new direction, why now, and what skills and experiences you have that serve as a foundation for that path. Also, you want to be sure to focus on community service and personal stories that are within the 3 years of applying. You have time to build up those experiences before you apply.

For you to select the right programs for you, you need to better refine your career direction and what you need to learn in an MBA program. Also, think of your other criteria - geography, curriculum, program size, etc.

Good luck,
Susan
