First, adcoms will only count work experience *after* college. No matter how you spin it (and you're not the only one in the history of b-school admissions who tried really hard to spin the fact that their jobs during school should count as full-time experience), you will be seen as having one year of post-college experience thus far.
Secondly, I strongly suggest you work for at least 1 more year, and ideally 2-3 more years before applying. You have the beginnings of a solid career, but you are still better off building more experience now before going back to school.
And finally, if you really are stubborn enough that you feel you still want to apply this year, then apply in R2 (Jan deadlines). Retake the GMAT. You're not getting into any of those schools with the profile you have coupled with that GMAT score. If you want a shot at any of those schools, you need at least a 700, and ideally a 720 (or 740+). Also, you may want to focus on schools like Ross, Duke, Darden, UCLA, Cornell, Yale, NYU, Oxford and Cambridge (assuming a very strong GMAT score) if you can't wait and want to apply this year. The top 8 schools even with a strong GMAT are likely out of reach: you have a solid profile and the start to a good career, but again with little experience and what experience you have isn't particularly extraordinary compared to the kinds of people you're competing against (i.e. blue chip candidates at global firms, and/or who have done some extraordinary things), you're going to have a tough time competing.
