I am Chandan Mishra, a mechanical engineer from Delhi College of Engineering. I passed out from the college last year in may and joined a European MNC as a graduate engineer trainee. I have currently one year of experience. I have my GMAT on August 20, 2012 and currently i am scoring in the range of 620-690.
Will it be enough for MIM from either HEC, IE, Rotterdam, Emlyon, UCD Smurfit, Vlerick Gent? I got 63% marks in my undergraduates. In my secondary and higher secondary i scored 85 and 86% resp. I have done quite a bit of projects and i am also attaching my CV so that you can evaluate my profile. I wish to join in the next session i.e 2013. I will try my level best to get >700. Also tell me if my profile is a more technical one?

Dear Chandan,
Obviously if you can hit a 700 that would be great. Test scores and GPA are preeeetty important for young folks such as yourself, because the AdCom wont have ALL that much info on which to base their opinion of you. So what they DO have should be as strong as you can make it.
