I am an Indian, 28 yr old.
Qualification: B.Tech, Electrical and Electronics, 8.86/10 CGPA ( Also a Certified SAP MM Consultant and
ISO(14001/18001) Internal Auditor Certified by Bureau Veritas
GMAT Score: 670
Work Experience: 5.5 years (Last 7 months in Oman)
: 4.5 Years in Hotels with The Taj Group of Hotels( 2 Years as Senior Executive/Manager in Engineering Dept; Several Achievements during the same period: Certified trainer, Business Excellence facilitator, Member of Crisis Management Group, Led a PIT's and contributed in several, Led several Improvement projects of USD15K each)

Currently working in Oman as SAP Consultant

Volunteering Experience: 1.5 years with Rotary Community Corp organizing Blood donation , eye checkup and Dental Checkup camps

I was one of the founding member and Vice Chairman of a Club of 300 members during my undergraduate as well. Was awarded Best organizer award for organising national level conference and also medal for academic excellence during UG)

Please advise if I should consider taking GMAT again( Not willing to take as deadlines are close and have some professional commitments too)

ey dude,
Well, the short and quick answer is: Just go for it!

Your GMAT is a bit low for INSEAD sure, but INSEAD DOES seem to be a lot more flexible when it comes to GMAT and test scores than US schools for example. when you write your application your story and your experience and the way you present yourself in general will count for a lot.

Your toughest obstacle is that you are an Indian Male Tech applicant, which means that right now your number one job is to make sure you figure out a way to STAND OUT in the eyes of the Adcom, because otherwise there's always a danger that you will get lost in the shuffle.

The best things I can see in your profile from here are your leadership and your international experience, two skills that INSEAD keeps a sharp eye out for.

Besides that, you should obviously consider applying to other schools too, because with your GMAT score, even if you should go for it, it's a bit of a stretch.
