I am a student from India interested in HBS/Stanford courses. I am a bit worried as to whether my profile is "unique" & "effective enough".
REASON FOR DOING MBA early: India-China-finance consulting focussed career.

EDUCATION
1. Best Commerce/Business School in South Asia- GPA-3.5 (although topped the final year)
Major: Finance & Marketing
2. Diploma in Mandarin: 3.9 GPA
3. CFA level 1 cleared. Level 2 to be taken
INTERN Experience (less than 1 year):
1. Worked on organising the World Economic Forum-India Summit.
2. Worked for a start-up boutique consultancy on AMAZING assignments.
3. Part-Time Columnist for leading financial newspaper
Leadership Experience:
1. Organised India's largest debating event-45 colleges partaking
2. Started Entrepreneurship Cell in college
3. Head of debating, social service & corporate communication in college.
4. In-Charge of college cultural-festival
Research:
1. Worked on a research paper on "Inclusive Banking Technologies" & stood 5th globally with 70 B Schools like INSEAD, Chicago GSB partaking.
2. Worked on a research paper on 3G Spectrum auctioning in India.
Extra-Curricular
1. Best Speaker at the largest management festival in Asia Pacific with 70 B Schools competing.
2. Won a few case-study contests, writing contests etc.
3. Awarded the best debater medal in college.
