Hi All,

Can you please evaluate my profile and give me some suggestions.

GMAT SCORE - 690 , QA - 49 , VERBAL - 34 , AWA -5

Work Experience - 5 years of work Experience in Information Technology. with 2 Year of Work Experience in USA at client location.
I have good experience working as a team leader and good client interaction experience and have been recognized both by my client and my own company many times.

Education - Bachelor of technology in Electronics and communication - 67% Aggregate.

Hobbies and Extra curricular activies - Played tennis for my college team, Singing, Photography (pretty good at it), Play few musical instruments such as Guitar, Harmonica, Piano.

I am looking for the top ranked colleges only. Can you please suggest what all do i need to do. If i need to add something on my profile, i can surely work on it.

What is your actual GPA? Also, do you have any current community involvement?

Thanks so much for the reply.

My GPA is 3.5 and yes i do have community involvement but i haven't joined any particular organization to prove it with certificates etc.

You have a solid profile. You can make your application stand out by clearly showing how the MBA program(s) you are targeting specifically fits your goals. For instance, does the program have a concentration that will provide you with specifics skills/knowledge, do certain companies recruit there, are there internship/study abroad opportunities that appeal to you? Also, be sure to show what you can contribute to the program (i.e. unique skills and/or knowledge base). Finally, visit the program or a local information session if available. This will help you make contacts and further show your interest.
