The schools you have chosen should be within your reach - although GMAT is slightly on the lower side, but you compensate well with your diversity, and also for being a non-IT profile.
As a management graduate, your primary role would be to identify new opportunities for value creation - hence portray yourself as a great visionary who can bring about new solutions for society - hence your entire focus in the application should be on what transformational changes you can bring about with your work after pursing MBA - this would prove that you are not a bookish learner or just going there for a degree - that you are a trendsetter and not a follower - B-schools basically look for agents of change!

Try to project yourself as an entrepreneur - and describe your entrepreneurial ideas - remember b-schools prefer job creators and not job seekers.

There is no need to gloat over past academic record - b-schools don't necessarily look for academic toppers but those minds who can transform challenges into opportunities. Thus describe how working in multiple domains and industries have given you a multi-disciplinary vision and has opened up your thinking for creating newer improvised applications that can cause disruptions to present day systems or bring about unique solutions to present challenges.

Your extra-curriculars are good - but try to make it even more diverse with more examples -

Have you ever wondered why Universities like to know your extra-curricular activities and involvement in social work, sports, adventure etc?

This is because imagination does not blossom unless you explore the diverse and difficult terrain of the real world. For, in this infinite planet, what we learn in our educational curriculum is negligible compared to the wisdom we can gain by our active association to the earth we inhabit. Thus, looking widely beyond academic learning and showing your responsive nature to the planet reflects one's ability to propel ahead in a fast evolving and diversely rich world. Sir Albert Einstein had remarked, "The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination." Moreover, extra-curriculars add to leadership, broadens vision as also it imparts courage and conviction.


Lastly, I would request you not to describe personal tragedies in the application.
