Hi Team,

I need your help in assessing my chances for the schools mentioned below.

Basic Demographics
Indian Male
Age 28 at matriculation.

GMAT 690 (88 percentile)
Q - 48 (80 percentile)
V - 36 (79 percentile)

UnderGrad: Computer Science Engineering from a Top university in the state. (2002 - 2006)
Had secured 70% and was among the top 10% of the class (total 120 students).
Won Technical Debate and Technical Quiz competitions conducted at a National level symposium.

Work Experience:
5 years @ IT Service Provider. Top 3 in the country.
2 promotions during this period.
2 years of international experience. Worked in US and Canada.
Worked for UK, US and CA based clients.
Brought in Business Process changes which helped the client in reducing the number of incorrect payments by 50%.
Mentored chinese members of the team. With the knowledge gained, they went on to develop few critical reports for the Client's finance team.
Managed a team of 5 people (team size grew to 8 during the peak months) and lead the team in successfully completing the redemption payments (Several hundered MUSD get paid through the application each year) for the client. This was the best year in the application's 5 year history.

Awards and Recognition:
Rewarded twice with the highest performance rating, which is given to 5% of the company's employees. (Total emp count >100,000)
Recieved awards for leading and value addition that i brought to the teams from all the clients I worked with.
Special recognition from the client's Director of NAFTA region.

Extra Curriculars:
@Work: Organized an year-end party for one of the company's departments that was attended by >250 people.
Organized various project parties.
Undergrad: Actively involved in the organizing committee of a religious organization's program that included serving food for the poor over the weekends. 3 years.
