You have a good GMAT score and an excellent GPA. You will certainly get a higher rating on academics especially as you have achieved the certifications in CCNA. You have excellent high school score too.

Your work experience is on the lower side. Though cisco is good a brand name to have on one's resume, b-schools need to know the quality of work experience you had. Did you have any experience in leadership roles? Did you achieve an accelerated growth rate in the company or were you awarded for bringing good results to the company?

It seems that you have been active in several extracurricular activities but I don't see anything solid. How much funds were you able to raise through the social service club? Did you have any leadership position in organizing the technical fest? Cultural dance seems to be your strength as far as EC is concerned.

Sloan would be stretch for you but may be achievable as this program is oriented towards technology. Haas and Kellogg might be achievable for you, if you could write excellent application essays. You should visit these schools, interact with the current and past students to know the strengths of these schools, and why would you be interested in these programs compared to others. Good Luck!
