Hi,

Could you please let me know if I hold a chance? I am looking at 1 yr programs like Insead & Kellog.

I am a female candidate from India.

GMAT - 700
Work Ex - 10 yrs, HR (Global + Indian companies)
Undergrad - Management, GPA of 3.2
International work experience - None where I was located out of India. However, have managed teams based in the US & Asia. Had reported to managers who are foreigners.
Extra Curriculars - Cultural secretary in college, Founder of social service club in college

With 10 years of WE and a 700 GMAT, you would have a fairly easy run at admissions for Kellogg's one year program or eMBA program. The full time program is probably within reach, but expect them to drive you towards the other two. Being female is a big plus, since schools are desperate to boost their percentage of women. If you are dedicated to two year programs, go ahead and apply--and let us know if we can be helpful--lots of experience with Kellogg's programs.
