Hi and thanks for your post. Overall your profile is on par with the schools on your list. Meaning your GPA and GMAT score are both right around the averages for the listed schools. I certainly think you can be competitive for admission. However, you do fall into a rather large applicant pool and you'll want to find a way to stand out in the pool. I generally recommend using the essays to set yourself apart. You mention that you have average extracurricular activity involvement, but perhaps you can still come up with some essay topics from your extracurricular experiences. Using work related examples for all of your essays will make it much more difficult for you to stand out as compared to the many others with similar experience in the pool.
