Hi,
I purchased the exam pack 1 about a week ago. As far as I'm concerned, an activation code can be used on 3 different devices at a time. I first successfully installed the exam pack 1 on my Macbook. Then when I installed the pack on another computer, I had some problems and couldn't install it. I thought it was the internet connection, so I tried to activate using the option of "web portal". I accessed to the "web portal" and get an activation code for offline. But I still couldn't activate the pack. Then I googled the problems and figured out that I need to uninstall and activate the pack again. Then it worked (I activated it online, not using the offline activation code). However, later when I wanted to install on the third device, I realised that i cannot do it this time because the system said that this code has already been used (means already 3 devices).
I didn't want to make things complicated by contacting you GMATprep customer service, so I decided to just deactivate the pack on my First device (my macbook). I thought that by doing this i would be able to install the pack on the third device (I decided to give up the time I failed to use the offline activation I got from the web portal). HOWEVER, I still cannot install the pack on the third device as the system said this code already used (ALTHOUGH I HAVE DEACTIVATED THE PACK ON MY FIRST DEVICE. And this means that now the code I purchased are being activated on ONLY ONE COMPUTER. One code lost during the web portal, I got the code but couldn't use it at all. The other lost even when I deactivated the pack on the first device.
Here I attach the screenshot showing that I already deactivated the pack on the first device.
And here is details about my Order.
