Hi,

I am using the free online Manhattan GMAT Practice Exam that comes free with any of the Manhattan books purchased.

However, the test will auto-exit whenever I click on the "confirm" button after spending too much time ( eg 4min or more) on a question. Hence, it will always auto-exit whenever I attempt on the AWA section.

Has anyone faced similar problem and how do you solve it?

Hi sunnyguest,

That's quite the issue! I'm going to forward this post over to our tech support desk to see if they've heard of anything similar happening to students.

Hi sunnyguest,

I spoke with tech support and they want to know if you're on a wi-fi connection. In fact, I think it would be best if you e-mailed them directly at [email protected] if you have not done so already. This way, they'll be able to directly address your problem and provide you with immediate assistance.

Good luck!

Best,
