All of the Major GMAT review books provide this. If you have time, I recommend that you read several of them (Princeton Review, Kaplan, etc.) to reinforce the necessary concepts.

Since it sounds like you need a LOT of review, I recommend these books in this order:

- Kaplan GMAT Math Workbook
- OG for GMAT Review

Once you've completed those two, further your Math abilities with:

- MGMAT Number Properties book

Grockit offers private tutoring via Skype and our website for $50/hr if you find you need extra help with certain concepts, but I recommend you do as much practice on your own first before you seek out a tutor.
