A trip takes 6 hours to complete. After traveling 1/4 of an hour, 1 3/8hours, and 2 1/3 hours, how much time does need to complete the trip?

A. 2-1/12hours
B. 2hours, 2-1/2 minutes
C. 2 hours, 5minutes
D. 2-1/8 hours

1/4 hour = 60/4 = 15 minutes
1 3/8 hour = 11/8 * 60 = 82.5 minutes or 1 hour 22.5 minutes
2 1/3 hour = 7/3 * 60 = 140 minutes or 2 hours 20 minutes

Time left = 360 - (15+82.5+140) = 122.5 or 2 hours 2 1/2 minutes

Answer is B
