All of the reputable GMAT prep courses offer a teaching session on the topics you're interested in. While I'd recommend a prep course as an excellent way to prepare for the GMAT overall, any of their books would give you the information you'd need to handle those topics on the exam. You could look it up in a math text book, but I think you'd find WAY more information and theory there than you'd need to do the problems you'll face on test day. Even Wikipedia goes into too much detail.

Plus, you can hunt around in this forum for past responses and questions to give you a good grounding as well.
