So I have decided to go back to do an MBA, but I need to BEAT THE GMAT.
I took a test and received 460. now I need to get my score to atleast 600. (cant be that hard)

HOW??? private tutoring is an option, I don't have the money but I really need to do this.
Any suggestions?
about private tutors?any experience?
If not- which books to study from ? so far I have only used to OG.
Is Manhattan better than Kaplan/Princeton?
I have a BA from 15 yrs ago and needless to say my Math skills are rusty.
English is my 2nd language and I m not doing so well in it either.

I am on leave from my job to do this exam and I am registered for my exam at the end of Dec.
In essence I have the time to study but I lack a plan.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GUIDE ME.

Lucky you!! 2 months leave...

Study plan depends a lot on what WORKS for oneself. Considering you need to go from 460 to 600, you need to brush up on the concepts. And since you have been out of STUDY MODE for around 15 years, I feel a tutor should be able to help. MGMAT, Veritas Prep or Knewton are good and safe bets.

I liked the Manhattan math and sentence correction books. As stated above, you really need to hit the concepts (something that the OG doesn't do very well) since you're shooting for a middle score. Don't underestimate how much work it's going to take. You want to improve your score by 140 points, which is pretty significant. I'd suggest buying the concept books ASAP, and hitting them pretty hard for the next couple weeks. Once you've got the concepts down you should focus your efforts on getting faster by doing practice problems.
