Priority Candidate notice (any use?)

by angela22 » Thu Nov 20, 2008 2:01 am
Hi All!

As the application process this year has kept many of us on our toes, I've been trying to decide on a backup school. I just opened my Simon information packet (it's been sitting around for months!) and there's a note inside that says I have been designated as a "Priority Candidate" for Admission by the Simon Graduate School of Business and Univ. of Rochester. Prior to opening this I've been going back and forth on whether or not to apply to Simon.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has received these notices and how much of an impact they really have. I want to use my final application wisely :)

I'm trying to decide among Simon, Boston College, and Boston University. I was going to apply to Boston College over Simon because it's ranked lower so I thought maybe I'd have a better chance...maybe that's just stupid of me, who knows.

I appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!
