Well let me eliminate one by one:

E. And + Also -> Redundant. So eliminated without second thoughts.

D. And Boys as well -> Again, we look at the meaning, it would just suffice to say And Boys - redundancy.

C. And Boys too -> We use this a lot in spoken english. But when we look at meaning, again AND+TOO- BAD

B. and A. try to use "as well as" which is the correct idiom. But, "for girls" and "for boys" is the correct parallel construction, not "for girls" and "the boys". So B eliminated.

We're left with A. Correct idiom and correct parallel construction.
