Hi friends,

Today I bought the "Cracking the GMAT (DVD Version)". I want to register this book at princetonreview.com to access the four online tests. I could not locate the place where I can enter the serial number, which I could find in the book.

Has anyone recently completed this step successfully? Please help.

Regards.

Hi friends,

I found the following link https://testprep.princetonreview.com/cracking/, and entered the serial number found in the book. But to my surprise I found that the serial number has already been used by someone else. How could this be? I bought this book from B&N today. Is it possible that someone else could have simply noted this number and used? Or, is it possible that I am simply accessing a wrong site?

Has anyone of you faced this problem before? Please advise me what should I do next?

I may very well return the book tomorrow, if I cannot make this work.

Regards.

I have never used this product but it might be helpful contacting their customer service and explaining the situation.
