A wise test-taker can quickly convert percents to fractions:
125% = 5/4.
25% = 1/4.
150% = 3/2.
50% = 1/2.
175% = 7/4.
75% = 3/4.
20% = 1/5.

Step-by-step, the problem can be rephrased as follows:
5/4 of j is equal to 1/4 of k.
Let J=4.
(5/4)J = (5/4)(4) =
