This is subjunctive mood, so you MUST use be in any cases.

Whenever you find a sentence that has a condition set by any person or a command given by somebody, then you need to use that + be in the sentence.
In this question only choice a uses both that and be which are essential.

Hii,

I have seen many of your post in SC. You always mentioned a question number. Which document you refer to ?

Now coming to you queries :

The general structure for subjunctive :

bossy verb + that + subject + command subjunctive - I require that he be here.

So B is wrong !! You dont require "will" here - Why ? I would say its unnecessary. "Will" is a modal and generally stress on the action.
i will go --- it creates a stress on "go"-- for more on this refer to this threads !!

https://www.beatthegmat.com/repetition-o ... tml#437308

Here already we are using a bossy verb to bring that effect - so there is no use of "will" here, .

Hope this helps !!
