Look at the subject of the sentence, and you will find the mistake.
The main subject in this sentence is "They"
The main verb in this sentence is "are growing".
Because of its equality comparison, the clause after as must be followed the previous structure. Therefore, we use the clause "they grow naturally".

I hope I am right.

suppliers cannot grow fish naturally
suppliers ... growing them naturally is incorrect
